You are thirty-five and your amazing husband throws you a party. “Make it really great, light, and not like every other party we’ve been to.” No worries. Classic brought together an amazing team to create a light linen look, nestled with fruit and healthy everything. The linen was flaxen and the runners were bright orange. Every now and then, a table of lime green, or orange dupioni changed it up. All the colors were in the arrangements that mixed orchids with fruit – a surprisingly unusual and creative combination.

A raw bar is a raw bar, but a raw bar presented just a little bit differently is something else altogether. Salmon Tartare was part of the decor in Classic’s square glass cubes usually assigned to floral duty. The shrimp cocktail was presented in Classic’s mini martini glasses, with a touch of cocktail sauce dropped into the bottom of the glass. The party’s caterer, Marcey Brownstein, presented the entire raw bar on a glass rectangle with fruits and flowers setting the stage for the seafood.
