Capital Party Rentals had the pleasure of sponsoring July’s ISES Icebreaker at the whimsical Fathom Gallery in Northwest Washington DC. The theme, three R’s… Refresh, Revive, Rejuvenate. 

Aisha Malik, an Event Consultant for CPR partnered with the boutique catering company, The Purple Onion. Together they came up with unique ways to incorporate the summer menu with our tabletop items.

Fish spoons to serve mini basil-watermelon squares . . . the Bolero Dessert Glass to host their specialty shrimp cocktail. And it was great fun serving their much coveted mojito recipe in our lime green flutes.

 Capital Party Rentals had a great showing and we are always grateful to ISES Washington DC for allowing us the opportunity to put our best foot forward.

Richard was the producer and the wedding coordinator who made this client’s vision come to life with this elegant wedding in the lavish Venetian Ballroom.

Classic Party Rentals Pompano provided the tabletop accessories and set the mood with silver chairs provided by Chameleon Chairs.

Wedding at the Circle Ballroom
Richard Grille created this 90-guest sophisticated wedding in the famous Circle Ballroom at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. 

Classic Party Rentals Pompano provided the Breakers Design Studio with silver chairs  provided  by Chameleon Chairs with cap accents in fuchsia to carry out the plum and fuchsia color scheme.

Pompano’s glossy white dance floor was the focal point that wowed when combined with the Design Studio’s stunning décor.

Mary Poppins was the whimsical theme at this corporate event at Atlanta’s historic Fox Theatre.

Classic provided colorful linens and 3-tier stands along with a walkway from balcony, lodge to back stage door with a 6’x10’ marquee tent and additional tents with side walls.

Chris McKinstry with Affairs to Remember provided the unique event design and catering.

Elegant…classic…absolutely breathtaking. The setting glowed almost as brightly as the bride and groom.

With all the activities and the vibrant orange and coral decor, there was never a dull moment. Kids and kids-at-heart were entertained by the Harlem Globetrotters and the one and only Miami Heat mascot, Burnie.

Coordination for the special evening was by Linzi Etzion of Linzi Events.

• 240’ of pink valance; 83,000 square feet of plywood flooring; 95,000 square feet of turf; 4,500 square feet of red carpet, a 40’ circle of pink carpet with a 20’ walkway; and lounge furniture helped the M Group create impactful entertaining environments.

• 1,783 tables in various sizes; 8,035 chairs of different styles; 220 custom table coverings contributed to the fundraising efforts of the Kentucky Derby Museum Gala.

• Food service items consisting of 280 caves, 275 bakers racks and 103 chafers helped Levy Catering cater to the tastes of over 100,000 guests.
