Richard Grille created this 90-guest sophisticated wedding in the famous Circle Ballroom at the Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach. 

Classic Party Rentals Pompano provided the Breakers Design Studio with silver chairs  provided  by Chameleon Chairs with cap accents in fuchsia to carry out the plum and fuchsia color scheme.

Pompano’s glossy white dance floor was the focal point that wowed when combined with the Design Studio’s stunning décor.

The stars were out in full force in Hollywood, when the cast of Inception, ” Leonardo DiCaprio, Marion Cotillard and Ellen Page, among others, hit the red carpet to promote the opening of their new film. 

It was an amazing affair benefiting The Alliance for Climate Protection produced by Samantha Sackler of Events In Motion. 

Green elements to the event were a bio-diesel generator and all trash sorted between waste, compostable, and recyclable. No plastic was used at the bar including water served from pitchers and no stirrers. All 100% recycled cocktail napkins were used and the florals were mostly obtained from California growers. The menu was organic and used sustainable seafood.

• Mirror entrance-16’x 8’ mirror plexi entry doorway that lead to the walkway path

• Stage-three-tier stage at 4’, 7’, and 9’ high x 56’ wide x 36’ deep and a traveling curtain 

Fabulous tenting…another stellar performance by Classic Party Rentals Culver City.

Designer8* Furniture Rental provided items from the Jax Collection, Costello Collection, a steel round bar and communal tables, steel with black lacquer tops. Chairs provided by Chameleon Chairs. 

The florals were all purple with silver containers that reflected a very architectural element and sleek vibe for the event. 

Entrance music by a trio performing Edith Piaf music and the main performance was a 26-piece orchestra led by soundtrack composer Hans Zimmer featuring guitarist Johnny Marr.

Amway China Brings 13,000 Travelers for $80 Million, Five-Gala Incentive Program

If size matters, as they say, a five-gala series for Amway China that spanned the month of June mattered more than most other events. The nearly identical parties with a total budget of $80 million consisted of five events for the five different waves of Chinese sales reps who visited Southern California as part of an incentive travel program. Each group experienced the same program of activities and gala evening. Roughly 13,000 attendees participated, with 1,800 to 3,000 at each gala, all of which were held in Hall D at the Anaheim Convention Center. Amway greater China and regional office associate director of audiovisual and events production Bert Li oversaw the event internally, tapping EventWorks to produce.

The events kicked off in a circular reception area. Novelty acts like human fountains, walking buffets, and stilt walkers entertained the crowd. EventWorks transformed Hall D into a dinner theater with aerial performance rigging from Branam Enterprises, a 60-foot LED screen backdrop, and a main stage as well as multiple video screens. “There was not a bad seat in the house,” said Janet Elkins. “The client upgraded many aspects of the event, for instance selecting special china, silverware, and crystal for nearly 3,000 guests.”

Approximately 700 guests gathered for a ceremony filled with pomp, music and history.

Delegates from colleges and universities around the country, as well as alumni from classes as far back as 1938, joined representatives from the United Methodist Church, the city of LaGrange, faculty, staff and students to welcome the new president.

This event was a gorgeous early evening wedding reception held at the clubhouse pool area for 170 guests.

This event was a gorgeous early evening wedding reception held at the clubhouse pool area for 170 guests.

Arrangements Floral & Party Design swagged the gazebo and provided floral arrangements that provided the perfect pop of color in fiery red, orange and gold.

Classic Party set up the stage and white dance floor on a grassy area overlooking the golf course and the mountains beyond.

Classic also provided tables, Chameleon Chairs, tabletop items and heaters. Traditional heaters with black velvet covers and the new Kindle heaters were used on the project.

Fixtures, a new high-end store selling appliance and bathroom fixtures, held its grand opening in Rancho Mirage, CA.

Classic was tasked with blacking out the curved 16-foot-high storefront windows and placing white pipe and drape inside the windows to create a surface for lighting by The Perfect Touch, a local prop and event company.

Classic also provided pipe [...]]]> Fixtures, a new high-end store selling appliance and bathroom fixtures, held its grand opening in Rancho Mirage, CA.

Classic was tasked with blacking out the curved 16-foot-high storefront windows and placing white pipe and drape inside the windows to create a surface for lighting by The Perfect Touch, a local prop and event company.

Classic also provided pipe and drape, trellis and black carpet to highlight the front entryway and set up tables, Chameleon chairs and bar stools inside for guest seating.

The event was managed and catered by Mark Boyce of Crayons Catering.

An ice carving by Ice Magic with Fixture’s logo provided a dramatic focal point and whimsical florals combining flowers and foods were provided by Madison Workshop West.

The University System of Georgia Foundation hosted a reception, silent auction and dinner to recognize outstanding university faculty, staff and students and to raise scholarship and faculty grant money.

The 2010 Regents’ Awards was a gorgeous event at the Marriott Marquis, Atlanta, GA.
