Shari created a “county fair midway” to entertain the players.  Game stations were created under 10 X 10 canopy frames covered in velon by Classic.  Last year the sushi bar was so popular with the attendees it was increased in size. CYM Lighting Services provided lighting. Catering was furnished by Carousel Catering of Palm Springs.

Classic provided the white dance floor, stools and tables and the torchfire heaters for this four-sided station.  Cooking equipment ,china, glassware and flatware also provided by Classic.

The annual Derby Day fundraiser was a success once again as racing fans gathered for food, fun and an important cause.  Sean O”Keefe  put on an elegant event to benefit the Child Development Association which provides education programs to pre-school children of low-income families in the Atlanta area.

Tables, linen, flatwere, glassware and the event stage were all provided by Classic Party Rentals Atlanta.

The Gwinnett Center

More than 450 guests were given the 5-star treatment at the 5^thAnnual Celebration of Support.  The UGA Office of Special Events and the University’s Conference Center and Hotel designed the event which was held at The Gwinnett Center.

Classic Atlanta arranged white valencia chairs throughout the venue and incorporated the University’s colors at each table setting using red metallic and black chargers.  Floral arrangements were provided by European Floral Design and the event was catered by Proof of the Pudding.

It was a sunny day in Georgia as University VIP’s gathered to celebrate the newly-renovated Reed Plaza concession area.  UGA’s President Dr. Michael Adams, Athletic Director Greg McGarity and Football Head Coach Mark Richt all took turns at the podium and no Sanford Stadium event would be complete without mascots Hairy Dawg and Uga!

The building alone is amazing: the look of the space is clean and simple, and we added just a touch of pattern with our cloths, some yellow flowers, and plenty of space in between. It was perfect.

One nice touch is the environmentally friendly way the glasses are marked with your name. This ensures that you can find your glass after you set it down, and you can use the same glass all evening. We were happy to bring them in, and many people asked about them during the festivities. Did you know that most parties allot 2.5 glasses per person? These marker glasses will bring that number down for sure.

Classic Party Rentals Panache provided Linzi Events with wonderful rentals to transform The Wayne Study Center into a magnificent bar mitzvah basketball celebration.

With all the activities and the vibrant orange and white decor, there was never a dull moment. Kids and Kids-at-Heart were entertained by the Harlem Wizards and the one and only Miami Heat mascot, Burnie.

Coordination for the special evening was by Linzi Etzion of Linzi Events.

Memories were captured by the talented photographer Jeff Kolodny.

Together with Event Designer Lindsay Landman, Classic New York created a warm, classic environment equally appropriate for children and adults. Lindsay used color, conceptual and textural elements to convey the vintage baseball feel.

Concept brought to life

For the kids’ area…a clubby/lounge feel with the new Nailhead sofas and chairs from Designer8* along with the Lucas wooden coffee tables.

On May 27, 2010, Universal Studios launched the rebuilt New York Street back lot location with a 1200 guest party celebrating the neighborhoods of New York and beyond. The 4 acre, 13 city block site was divided into different themed areas using set dressing, food trucks, performers and interactive entertainment. 

Guests were treated to a tram ride through the front of the Universal Studios lot to the event location’s spot lit, red carpet entry. With Sinatra playing in the background, they were greeted by 1930′s style newsboys handing out a studio newspaper with articles about the rebuild and a location map. 

While exploring the legendary street, guests sampled from different food trucks such as Border Grill, Kogi BBQ, PattyWagon burgers, Sweets Truck, Coolhaus ice cream and D’amore’s Pizza. Specialty catering was provided by Jack White (classic English pub fare) and Stan Perkins (Cajun/Creole fusion). There were also Bart’s Carts with roasted peanuts, cotton candy, pretzels and hot dogs. 

Entertainment provided break dancers, a troupe of Rockettes, Can-Can Dancers and Geisha Stilt Walkers among other gifted performers.

Voted one of the favorites in the People’s Choice category, here’s a description of the table entry themed on “a fairytale of their choosing.” 

~ The Princess and the Pea ~ 

Our vision was to design a table that takes our viewers on a journey back to this 17th century folktale. After we decided to use ‘green’ to symbolize our plot, we thought it would be fun to display a bright monochromatic aesthetic. We also loved the idea of creating contrast by using rustic scroll paper to celebrate “yesterday” and a modern, flirty chair design to celebrate “today.” The best part…our customized layered flower-feather bed to pamper our princess.
