Classic Party Rentals colonnade of palms entryway

Hot! Breezy! Cool! Combining these elements created a sizzling nightclub environment that truly stopped the show. Over 800 guests glided past a colonnade of palms to enter the multi-level club sleekly furnished in white, subtly washed with red, for the evening’s festivities featuring a national recording artist at center stage.

Multi-level staging

Classic’s Tri-Rentals assisted Events by Showstoppers with the challenge of elevated VIP areas that would accommodate several hundred people without taking away from the other guests’ concert experience. The rectangular space was perfect for multi-level staging split across the room allowing for maximum capacity and excellent sight lines to the concert stage for all guests.

Palm trees in white pots lined the entryway while a break-up pattern of white gobos glowed playfully on the red carpet. Oyster white voile, up lit with red, floated between the trees to eliminate any dead spaces. Tying the look together from the entry to the club scene, palm trees hugged the stage while white voile framed it.

Keeping with the client’s request for white, white, and more white, the Designer8* furniture selected was white leather paired with sleek white tables. A lit white circular bar, complete with company logo, was the focal point of the room. Red accents popped throughout the club and red lighting washed across the ceiling bringing the red-hot nightclub to life with energy and electricity.
