Integrated Wealth Management’s open house for 200 celebrated the season with style. Open house and open hearts…as they collected Christmas toys for local charities.
Shari Kelley Events of Palm Springs was contracted to design the party at the company’s headquarters which has a very modern look with black, white, silver and glass galore. Shari ran with the modern motif and carried it outside into the parking lot with the use of black astroturf, tables and ballroom chairs covered in spandex. White lights under the tables and the use of mushroom heaters with Kindle white covers added the perfect glow to the evening’s festivities.
When guests entered the lobby and conference room, the focal point was the company’s logo dubbed “The Man,” recently featured on the cover of Palm Springs Life magazine. The band set up in front of a 10 foot black banner wall erected by Classic. Behind the wall, East Meets West Catering of Palm Springs set up with the use of a Classic six-burner stove, transfer cases and a generator. Classic provided tables, chairs, heaters, astroturf, kitchen equipment, glassware and china.
