Together as One is an amazing electronic music festival held on New Year’s Eve in downtown LA.

A joint production by promoters Go Ventures and Insomniac, Together as One attracts audiences of over 40,000 dance music enthusiasts each year.

Classic Tents provided the 140’ x 300’ and 100’ x 160’ Curved Beam Structures. A perfect setting for the music . . . and it’s all about the music.

DJ sets performed by Laidback Luke, Markus Schulz, Wolfgang Gartner, Major Lazer, Diplo & Switch, Jackbeats, DJ Reza Nero, Kill the Noise, 12th Planet and many more.

T’was the first week of December and all through D.C., Capital Party elves were working, hard as can be.

With no time to spare and the winter’s cold air, they were up to the challenge of the three-day (installation) dare.

Edgar and his crew are sure to please, all client requests . . . with the greatest of ease.

It’s Holiday Market time as you know… now please crossed fingers . . . there’s no snow! 

Capital Party Rentals once again provided the D.C. Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) all of their Holiday Market rental needs. 

It’s a three-day installation that includes 50 tents with double sub-floor, icicle lighting, sliding sidewalls, 50 flags . . . not to mention following all the stringent rules for street festivals and tenting in Washington DC.

This three-week festival is a very popular tradition for many Washingtonians. It’s a pleasure to work with the Downtown BID and the Smithsonian Portrait Gallery on this annual holiday event.

Capital Party Rentals Washington D.C. had the pleasure of working with Debbie Young, Marketing Manager for the Georgetown BID, to bring it all together for the “Taste.”

Capital was challenged again this year to conduct a “sprint” installation of more than 60 tents and 2 stages, as well as all the banner poles, linens, tables and chairs to go with them.

The challenge: a midnight to 5 a.m. installation timeline. The outcome: Capital finished with time to spare. The event was a huge success with over 15,000 in attendance blanketing Wisconsin Avenue.

Classic Party Rentals Chicago was the festival’s exclusive rental company providing tenting, flooring, lighting and furniture solutions for a myriad of applications.

Classic also helped the food service providers feed over 90,000 people per day with concessions, VIP “Lolla Lounge” and corporate cabanas catered by Catering by Michael’s.

Classic Palm Desert set up 11,500 square feet of canopies for the 14th annual Greet Festival at St. George Orthodox Church.

Feeding over 12,000 guests great Greek food over the two-day event took a lot of cooking equipment and propane provided by Classic.

The perimeter of the parking lot was used for vendor booths (20 foot wide canopies) and tables , chairs and umbrellas were set up in the center area so attendees could enjoy the Greek food and classic Greek entertainment and dancing.
