Guests of the Third Annual Taste of NACE (National Association of Catering Executives) Catering for the Cure® experienced the best of the best at the Buena Vista Palace Hotel and Spa. Taste of NACE is an annual gathering of Orlando’s top event industry professionals for networking, education, and to raise money for local charities and the NACE Scholarship Fund.

Participating caterer sponsors offered a tantalizing array of Orlando’s finest food and beverage. Arthur’s Catering, Black Tie to Barbeque, Catered by Patti Caces, Chocolate Traditions of Orlando, Espresso Events, General Mills, Muse Gelato, Orlando Brewing Company, Villas of Grand Cypress and the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Resort presented a wide range of indulgences. From the tasty cotton candy martini from Arthur’s Catering to the decadent barbeque quail from the WDW Swan and Dolphin Resort, attendees truly experienced the exquisite Taste of NACE.

Event Professional Members also presented the latest and greatest in the event and catering industries. Accent Tradeshow and Event Furnishing, American Audio Visual, Bamboo Studio, BBJ Linen, C&S Themed Events, Cheryl’s Distinctive Creations, Christie’s Photographic Studios, Connie Duglin Specialty Rental, Creative Services Event Co., HospitalityStaff, Ice Magic, Kirby Rental Services, Moss, Inc., Panache, A Classic Party Rentals Company, Perfect Wedding Guide, Room Service Furniture and Event Rentals, SGASi Production Services, ShutterBooth, and Wizard Connection demonstrated the value and quality of their products and services.

The exciting and innovative “Trash to Treasure” tabletop design competition featured designs by Cheryl’s Distinctive Creations, Hello Florida!, Muse Events and Catering, and Panache, A Classic Party Rentals Company. The award winning table, designed by Hello Florida! and Julie Ford Designs and Panache, A Classic Party Rentals Company, featured a boat set up as a dining table and designed with recycled and reusable “found” items.

The one-of-a-kind fashion show showcased the creativity of NACE. Ten models strutted the designs of Balloon Connection, Bamboo Studio, BBJ Linen, Catered by Patti Caces, Muse Gelato and Panache, A Classic Party Rentals Company. Fabulous entertainment provided by the Tiffany Martin Band and White Rose Entertainment.
