Classic Palm Springs set up two 40′ x 80′ canopies in the grocery store parking lot with tables, chairs and vinyl table covers that could be easily cleaned during the three-day event.

The grill for cooking and transfer cases for food products were also provided by Classic.

All for a good cause, the Palm Springs Animal Shelter is the only municipal no-kill facility in the Coachella Valley…they never turn away or euthanize an adoptable animal.

St. Rose Hospital Foundation’s Spectacular XXII in Hayward, CA was just that . . . spectacular!

With the largest attendance in its history of approximately 800 guests and a record-breaking $345,000 raised to benefit the Fifth Floor Expansion Project at St. Rose Hospital, Spectacular XXII was truly a night to remember.

St. Rose welcomed Megan Hilty, star of the hit Broadway musical Wicked, who performed three songs including crowd favorite “Popular” from Wicked. Also, a fabulous silent auction of 77 items raised more than $24,000.

Classic Party Rentals San Francisco provided the tenting (main tent 100′ x 220′ Legend, 20′ x 70′ catering and 15′ x 20′ entrance) in the parking lot of Saint Rose Hospital; lighting, stage, dance floor, furnishings, pipe and drape, and chandelier.

The 12th Annual V Foundation Wine Celebration in Napa Valley raised a total of more than $2.2 million for critical cancer research. The event is a signature fundraiser for legendary sportscaster and coach Jim Valvano’s V Foundation. 

A great cause and Classic Napa and collaborating vendors were there to provide the perfect setting with:

The Oakland A’s major league baseball team hosted Dinner on the Diamond on the panoramic field at the Oakland Coliseum.

Classic Party Rentals San Francisco provided tabletop, heaters, and buffet equipment for this 350+ guest event.

This is a family event featuring games and activities for kids, live entertainment, buffet dinner and auction. The entire A’s team and coaching staff was in attendance and event proceeds benefit the Oakland A’s Community Fund and Playworks, a nonprofit organization working to improve the health and well being of children.

Richard Byford of Byway Entertainment, Inc. produced this as a green event at O’Donnell Golf Club in Palm Springs. 

How did they keep it green?

Leftover food was sent for composting, and all trash was recycled rather than going into landfills.

Water was brought to the site in a bulk container “water buffalo,” saving the use of 4,000 plastic water bottles and generators using biodiesel fuel provided the power.

Classic provided canopies for the silent auction, tables, chairs and the tabletop equipment for the 1,000 guests.

The money raised funds research and supports programs that help moms have healthy, full-term pregnancies. Since 1970 they’ve raised $1.8 billion to benefit all babies.

Grand Events of Florida created a Latin Cuban atmosphere for the ball. 

Vine covered wrought iron gates created the stage backdrop. Cabernet dot overlays created a brick look on the registration and auction tables, and guests were seated at sunset ribbon-striped clad tables with gold satin chair covers and gold tassel ties.

The VIP table was covered in a gold taffeta bouquet, adorned with red boas on each gold satin covered chair.

The Living Desert 40th Anniversary Gala was A Wild Affair to remember.

Enter if you dare…Classic Palm Springs with assistance from Classic Orange County erected a 100′ x 140′ structure with dramatic lighting to house the gala for 450 supporters of the local zoo.

In addition to the main structure, Classic provided a 30′ x 60′ plate up canopy and a 30′ x 30′ open top canopy for caterer Le Vallauris Restaurant of Palm Springs.

Carpet on the floor, staging, lucite lectern, tables, chairs, linens, all cooking equipment and tabletop items were also provided by Classic. 

The Tracks in the Sand Conservation Awardhonored Ms. Karen Sausman, President Emeritus of the Living Desert. Karen was the first CEO and spearheaded the development of the property over the past 40 years.

Monies raised will fund the expansion of additional areas of the zoo.

Classic set up a 40′ x 110′ foot canopy for Denise Roberge of Augusta Restaurant catering on the lawn behind the restaurant for the dinner.

Classic also provided tables, chairs, stage, linens and tabletop items…except for the very special charger base plates. 

The base plates pictured were cardboard rounds painted by the children who were in the shelter. The base plates were sold at the dinner to raise funds to continue the organization’s much needed mission…definitely something to smile about.

Wish Upon a Wedding pulls together donations from businesses within the event industry and produces weddings and civil union ceremonies at destinations across the United States as an act of kindness for engaged couples facing life-threatening illness. 

“By celebrating the courage and spirit of these couples, it is our hope that others facing similar situations will find hope, strength, and the promise of eternal love.”

In the case of Florence and Michael’s wedding, Classic Sacramento donated the chargers, the hotel donated the use of its ballroom and tables/chairs, a local linen company donated the linen and napkins, a few caterers pitched in to feed the guests and a DJ provided services as well.
