Attendees were whisked away to our showroom that was transformed into a Green Zone environment while enjoying our signature drink, Kaizen “a change for the better” served by Touch of Elegant Services. Do a Little Floral created a Zen garden with breathtaking floral arrangements and displays.

Guests were welcomed by Chef Charles Catering and sampled his mouth watering hors d’oeuvres all served on Classic Bamboo disposable dinnerware.

The newest additions to our showroom were a smashing success as we revealed our custom designed linen display and our newly revamped china/glassware wall.

The experience continued as guests were escorted along a pathway, blazing with our new torchfire heaters, before entering the Is Life Just Black and White themed 30 x 45′ keder tent. This modern yet classic designed tent featured white lounge furniture, illuminated cocktail tables, chandeliers with crystal beaded curtains and table décor provided by Sterling by Design.

BobbyMark’s Design set the tone for this glamorized tent with stunning floral arrangements. Split Second Sound charmed the masses with great music, dancing and entertainment on Classic’s all-white dance floor. All of this and more was captured by the talents of ShutterBooth, Emma Loo Photography and Your Event Source’s green screen.

Pallets were delighted as guests enjoyed the creative and delicious capabilities of Cheese Cake Etc., The WOW Factor Cakes and Heaven Sent Catering.

Senses were invigorated with velon swags of color while custom vignettes ignited endless design possibilities. Unique and vibrant Chameleon chairs were the focal point that captured the eyes and interests of everyone in the room. Taste buds were enticed by the exquisite food and desserts on display provided by: Plate Perfect Catering, High Cotton Catering, Dean and Deluca, and Armin’s Catering portraying their endless capabilities.

The fabulous event ended with Classic employees, friends and colleagues dancing the night away.

Classic Party Rentals San Francisco designed and built a 14′ x 8′ space for the January ISES Top Design Event at the San Francisco Design Center. We teamed up with the always amazing Michael Daigian Design for florals and details.

Our design incorporated fabric-backed wooden wall panels, perforated, brushed metal drum shades, a brand new linen, Addison Spring from our Spring 2011 Collection, Smoked Elegance Chargers, Riedel O glasses, Oslo flatware, and new Cielo plates. Seating was a combination of the designer8* Monterey Side Chairs and our 7′ walnut bench.

The look … inviting yet contemporary…and so fun to create.

Classic also sponsored the tabletop for the attending 140 ISES members and guests.

Classic Party Rentals sponsored Claire Bean floral & event design‘s presentation to a full house at Catersource on using natural elements in presenting cuisine.

The caterers gushed over the new and fabulous ways she presented food without elements that just don’t sit well in the landfills.

Seventy friends gathered for a 70th birthday bash to celebrate a lovely lady in Rancho Mirage.

Arturo Montes designed and catered this beautiful, colorful party. Classic Palm Springs provided clear bar stools and six-foot curved lighted bars from Classic’s Designer8* Collection, cocktail tables and covers along with glassware and kitchen equipment.

Lighting the night in their own special way were the Kindle heaters and the new patio heaters being test marketed by Classic in the Palm Springs and Phoenix areas this fall and winter.

The golden TorchFire Patio Heaters provide warmth and add a beautiful look. Guests are abuzz about the heaters and they’re renting over and over again in this test market.

Ducky-Bob’s showcased Chameleon Chairs and Barstools, Designer 8* Lounge Furniture, and trendy colors like aqua, apple green and gold.Tabletop Trend #2 – Place settings with a mix of china, glass, gold and silver.

Who’d have guessed? Chameleon Chairs with Purple Crocodile and Eggplant Velvet accessories at a wedding!

It’s elemental . . . really! Elements like stone, glass, hides, reflecting light, steel, wood… conceived by Matthew of Unveiled, embellished by Josh of Mediterranean Vilal and outfitted with rentals by Ducky-Bob’s.

That’s “Sparkle” with a capital “Spark!”

Palm Desert Chamber of Commerce held its annual business expo at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino. This is a season kickoff for businesses to show their product and network with new and returning customers. Palm Desert Chamber with its 1100 members is the only five-star accredited chamber in the Coachella Valley, 1 of 2 in California and 1 of 65 in the nation.

Classic provided pipe and drape for the 119 booths, along with: a six-foot table, two chairs, white linen table cover, business signage and power hookup for each booth.

Classic Party had a double booth to show off a variety of rental items. The product receiving the most oohs and ahhhs . . . definitely the Chameleon chair with the Flamenco back.

Guests were greeted with specialty cocktails at Classic Chicago’s newly renovated and appointed showroom with bar provided by Bartenders on the Go.

Guided tours of the Classic facility and warehouse culminated in cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in an inviting lounge area featuring the new line of endless seating by CORT Event Furniture.

Guests were then invited to dine in a custom tent built off Classic’s warehouse dock appointed with glass walls, full liner, crystal chandeliers, air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, Brass pintuck linens, New Canyon chargers, Valencia chairs, and centerpieces by Event Creative. 

A delicious three-course plated dinner was provided by Calihan Catering. Lighting and audio visuals supplied by Freeman and guest speaker David Merrell gave event insider tips on the “Top 10 Things You Need to Know about Event Design.”

The meeting was an overwhelming success with plans already in the offing for the groups to gather annually!

The venue was the Classic showroom in Palm Springs. Joey Lizotte of Artisan did table and floral designs and catering was provided by East Meets West Catering.

Everyone loves a party favor and all left with a fun bag of Classic gifts and tools to assist with planning for the upcoming season.

Event planner William Fogler showed how to use branding and color to make your wedding stand out on CBS Atlanta’s Better Mornings.
