Telehealth…the use of high-speed telecommunications for medical consultations, distance education, critical care and emergency services, and health-care training.

UC Davis physicians, nurses and administrative leaders gathered to mark the official groundbreaking of the new California Telehealth Resource Center on the grounds of the university’s Sacramento campus. The event included a traditional shovel ceremony at the site of construction and various presentations.

Classic Party Rentals Sacramento supplied the rentals for both the indoor and outdoor portions of the event. Indoor guests were seated in black wood chairs, the area was draped off with navy blue microfiber pipe and drape, and the stage area was accented with red carpet. Outdoors, the shovel ceremony was held underneath a 40′ x 50′ tent with lighting.
