Yes, it’s a tent. A custom one. When Mercedes needed a traveling tent to go to dealerships around the country promoting a new car, they came to Classic Party Rental’s Prime Event Group, our tenting division.
For those among you who like to know how things work, let’s walk you through the specs…
There were three custom 3 meter (33 foot) wide structures.
The tour was 25 cities.
We did a custom roof pitch of 10 degrees with custom billboards to give an external feel of a flat roof.
The custom glass wall integrated with the traveling containers.
To make it really exciting, we had a steel ballast system for non-staking installs.
And, to top it off, it was air conditioned.
