For Classic Charlotte and Prime Event Group it was a race against Mother Nature and the clock.  

With less than five days to complete installation and a stretch of unusually cold and rainy weather, Classic Charlotte working with Prime Event Group erected a double-decker structure for a corporate client at the Daytona International Speedway, the first of several select NASCAR locations to host this hospitality event.

Two weeks later, the team was at it again in Las Vegas with the help of Classic Tents. The 10 x 15 meter structure with glass walls and a custom interior matching the design aesthetic of the client, offered a second floor terrace with a view of the racetrack.

Guests enjoyed trackside outdoor seating and a visit from a retired NASCAR driver. The tour moved on to Atlanta, GA followed by Fort Worth, TX in April with assistance from the crew at Ducky-Bob’s. Upcoming locations on the tour include Charlotte, NC, Sonoma, CA and Chicago, IL.
