The building alone is amazing: the look of the space is clean and simple, and we added just a touch of pattern with our cloths, some yellow flowers, and plenty of space in between. It was perfect.

One nice touch is the environmentally friendly way the glasses are marked with your name. This ensures that you can find your glass after you set it down, and you can use the same glass all evening. We were happy to bring them in, and many people asked about them during the festivities. Did you know that most parties allot 2.5 glasses per person? These marker glasses will bring that number down for sure.

Together, Sterling By Design’s Kristen Prestwood and Classic Party Rentals Charlotte, designed and produced a stunning space at the Annex Coliseum in Winston-Salem, NC.

Purple velon and carpet… oh my!

Classic custom cut four purple carpet runners, created twelve large panels of purple velon and installed 1,045′ of rope lighting inside the coliseum.

Sterling By Design is “an award winning, full-service event group provides professional planning and design for amazing corporate events, break-taking weddings and intimate celebrations.”

The bride chose Club Windward as her reception venue and Club Windward’s Alisa Cunningham came to Classic Party Rentals Memphis to ensure that her vision was perfectly executed.

The reception took place beneath a 40’ x 100’ clear tent accented with brown satin draping, iron chandeliers and a mini light border.

The tables were covered in beautiful jewel tones from the Blueberry Crinkle linens and Champagne Iridescent napkins to centerpieces of rich reds, ambers, blues and purples.

With a family-style table layout, each guest enjoyed a great view of the dark oak dance floor to watch the bride and groom dance the night away.

By day or night . . . the sight was absolutely lovely.

The Atlantic Station community is “one of midtown Atlanta’s hottest districts to work, live and play.” And Twelve Atlantic Station. . . a very chic place for a very chic wedding in shades of fuschia and pewter.

Classic Party Rentals Atlanta provided octagon and square tables, Silver Chameleon Fanfare chairs with black caps, Pewter crushed linen and Fuschia linen.

Classic Party Rentals El Segundo collaborated on this breathtaking wedding for 300 at Vibiana, an amazing historical Los Angeles venue.

The former Cathedral of Saint Vibiana was the mother church of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles. The 1885 Baroque-inspired structure is one of the last remaining buildings from the early period of LA history. Today, the former cathedral is simply called Vibiana and serves as an event space.

Classic provided the kitchen, tables, chairs, tabletops, linens, glassware, flatware, and china. Exquisite!

Classic New York collaborated with the ever fabulous wedding planners, Always a Bridesmaid, on this fabulous wedding.

Classic helped transform the ceremony space at Le Parker Meridien in New York City with smoke bengaline cloths on the dinner tables, eggplant satin napkins and silver ballroom chairs with smoke grey bengaline cushions.

The silver theme throughout captured the eye with stunning silver beaded Belmont chargers, gothic silver chinaware, and silver rimmed Venice champagne flutes.

Classic Party Rentals Chicago designed and built this custom year-round structure for Lions Gate Pavilion at The Fountain Blue.

Gorgeous chandeliers and parquet floors

The challenge . . . an outdoor option to augment the Pavilion’s upscale banquet facilities. Classic made it happen with this 60′ x 100′ 22 oz coated vinyl all weather design.

The custom structure is all season air conditioned and heated with heated garden pavers to preserve the extensive landscaping year round.

It’s the perfect setting for just about any very special occasion.

After being asked to submit a spread in the latest edition of Premier Bride Memphis Magazine, Amy Miller with Amy Miller Weddings & Events came to Classic Party Rentals Memphis to find the perfect rentals for her Southern Peach photo shoot.

The Inn at Hunt Phelan, an 1828 antebellum mansion just steps away from Beale Street in downtown Memphis, hosted the photo shoot. The old southern mansion was the perfect historical setting.

Working side by side with Haute Horticulture and Asian Bees Photography, the set bloomed from an idea to a masterpiece as fine details were added to every shot, giving a fresh look to a Classic Southern wedding.

A positively majestic wedding and reception at Brooklyn’s famous landmark, Skylight One Hanson.

Long tables with gold Chiavari chairs provided seating for the 170 guests. The subtle linen color was complimented by the incredible tablescape of candelabras and lower floral arrangements.

Classic New York provided tables, chairs, china, glassware, flatware, linens and all the catering needs.

Hilary Clark Events was the planner for this stunning event, Nicolette Camille provided the florals and Olivier Cheng the catering.
