Classic Napa began production on Monday for the Saturday event for 150. Guests started out the evening in the cocktail area, a 40’x40’ subfloor with Seagrass carpeting, lanterns by Twilight Design and classic and comfortable designer8* Havana collection furniture in the lounge area. The entrance area from the cocktail lounge area to the main dining tent was a 12’x20’ subfloor and 10’x20’ canopy with a partial pleat in white velon. The fabric swag created by Five Star Productions added an elegant touch.
The main dining tent was a 52’x92’ subfloor with Sisal carpeting, 50’x90’ white canopy with two side walls with partial pleat ceiling treatment with white velon. Par can lighting behind velon in amber gel, stage lighting and a chandelier were provided by Twilight Design. The internationally known Steel Pulse band entertained on a 24’32’ stage with 8’x8’ DJ riser, both boxed on Sisal. A 50’ wide Sheer White reveal in front of the stage concealed the band’s equipment prior to their performance. Bengaline Chocolate panels served as a stage backdrop with an exit to a green room for the band. Imperial Bone Taffeta side wall panels concealed the 10’x30’ catering tent and a 15’x15’ green room tent. Two devils gates were also employed using Higgins Screens in Ivory.
Dining tables were 60” rounds and furnishings included Fruitwood Chiavari chairs, Belmont clear chargers, Simply White china, Bellini flatware, and an 18’x21’ rustic pine dance floor. Table linens, cushions, and napkins provided by La Tavola Linen, centerpieces by Pat Friday Flowers, and photography by BLR Photography.
