We were called upon to provide a wedding environment for the daughter of a prominent landscape architect who has built and renovated hundreds of golf courses known for their superior design and creative layout. We were very aware that this particular customer would be an invaluable partner in the overall planning due to his vast amount of design experience…and this was his last daughter to get married!lincoln_wedding_5

The wedding for 260 guests was to be held on the grounds of their home which encompassed ten acres of beautiful landscape in Lincoln, Nebraska, over 500 miles from our office. We provided a 40×80 structure with a cleartop for cocktails and dancing. A cleartop was necessary not only to provide viewing of the surrounding landscape, but also for the guests to see the spectacular fireworks show after dinner since this wedding was held on the Fourth of July.lincoln_wedding_8

Dining took place under a 60×100 Century pole tent selected for its dramatic curved peak profile. While our client liked the look of this type of tent, it was decided to cover the poles in order to create a more formal look. We fabricated drapery treatments which also provided accent lighting. We also installed a 20×40 frame tent for the caterer.lincoln_wedding_9

In addition to the tenting elements, we provided chairs, tables, linen, glassware, flatware, dinnerware, bars, staging, dance floor, custom draping, HVAC, food service equipment, brown astroturf, subflooring and various types of lighting which included par cans, gels, twinkle lights and uplighting. lincoln_wedding_3Extreme care was taken to not disturb the beautiful grounds during our install and removal.

Everyone agreed the wedding was picture perfect!
