Classic Party Rentals Sacramento worked with the mother of the bride for ten months to make the bride’s vision a reality. 

An 80’ x 100’ tent and full sub floor were constructed on the croquet field at Lahontan in Truckee, CA. The install started four days before the wedding day during a snow storm. The heaters were left on 24/7 in order to keep the snow from accumulating on top of the tent. The day before the wedding the sun came out and melted all of the snow and made for a gorgeous day.

The tent was divided into two sections with Higgins Screens to create the ceremony area and an area to stage the twenty-seven king’s tables, 40’ x 40’ dance floor, stage and four bars.

The three-course meal was prepared and served by the Lahontan team from the catering tent just steps away from the main tent. Tabletops were created with Courtney Chocolate linens, Camelot Natural napkins, White Rim China, Rigoletto glassware and Bellini flatware.
